The Zenith Standard

Your side. My side.

This is how we work together, written down so there’s no grey area. Read it properly, then tell me you’re in at the bottom.

Your side: 3 core behaviours
Do the work.
Even the minimum version. Something beats nothing.
  • Every training session logged in the app.
  • Your daily step target hit.
  • One promise to yourself every day, and you keep it.
  • Miss one? Fine. Never miss twice.
Be honest.
Log the bad days too. Especially the bad days.
  • Food logged every single day, photos or numbers.
  • Your check in in by 3pm Friday. If another day works better for you, tell me and we’ll switch it.
Never go quiet.
If it’s slipping, tell me. Silence is the one thing I can’t coach.
  • Tools and resources first. HQ, the AI tools, the Sunday Session. Most answers are already in there.
  • Message me 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends, resources first and sleep on it. Really struggling? Message me.
My side: what you get from me
Here’s what I commit to you.
  • Your check in reply, written plus a voice note, back by the end of Friday so you’re set for the weekend.
  • Messages answered, usually within 30 to 60 minutes, 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
  • Your programme reviewed every 4 to 6 weeks and changed when it needs to be.
  • A new Sunday Session every week.
  • A live call once a month. One topic, then your questions.
  • Zenith HQ and the AI tools, any time, day or night.
That’s my side. Every single week.Mark
How we think: the 8 standards
01
Never Miss Twice
A bad day is life. A bad week is a choice.

Missing one workout, one walk, going over your calories one night, none of that matters. It happens to everyone, me included. The standard is simple: whatever you missed, the very next one gets done. One slip never becomes two.

02
Something Beats Nothing
Done beats perfect, every single time.

10 minutes beats zero. A walk round the block beats the sofa. Half the workout beats no workout. You don’t need the full version of the plan today, you just need a version of it.

03
Keep Your Word To Yourself
Small promises, kept daily, rebuild everything.

If you told a mate you’d meet them at 7, you’d be there. Start treating yourself like that mate. Pick one small promise a day, I’ll drink my water, I’ll get my steps in, and keep it. Keep it enough days in a row and you start trusting yourself again. That’s the whole game.

04
Show Up On The Bad Weeks
I don’t need your best week. I need your honest one.

Anyone can send a check in after a perfect week. The one that actually changes you is the one you send when it’s gone wrong and you’d rather hide. You will never be judged for a bad week here, not once. Going quiet is the only thing that sets you back.

05
Live The 80/20
On it 80% of the time, living your life the other 20.

That means the birthday cake gets eaten. The Friday takeaway happens. No banned foods, no cancelled plans, no apologising for being a human. A diet that can’t survive your actual life was never going to work anyway.

06
Excuses Are Habits, Not Reasons
Busy is real. Tired is real. Today still counts.

I’m not pretending your life isn’t full on. It is. But there’s always a version of today that still counts. Can’t do 45 minutes? Do 15. Can’t face the gym? Walk. Say the excuse out loud, then find the version of today you can do.

07
Don’t Wait For Monday
The restart is the very next meal, not next week.

Monday is just a day. So is the 1st of January. Rough morning? Fix it at lunch. Blowout weekend? Back on it Sunday night, not Monday week. The faster you restart, the less there is to undo.

08
Boring Wins
Water, steps, protein, sleep. Repeat.

No hacks, no detoxes, no 6 week shred nonsense. It’s not exciting, and that’s exactly why it works. The people who get the results you want are the ones who stopped looking for exciting and started repeating the basics.

Read them again. Which one did you break last week?Start there.
One more thing
10

If it’s ever less than a 10, tell me.

If you’d ever score your coaching less than 10 out of 10, don’t sit on it and don’t quietly drift off. Message me and tell me what would make it a 10. I’d much rather hear it in week 3 than find out in week 12.

Are you in?

Tap the button and that’s you committing to your side. I’ve already committed to mine.

You’re in.

Now go and live it. Boom.
