Step 1 of 6
Your onboarding starts here

Right, let’s get you started

First things first, pop your name and email in. Takes about 10 minutes, start to finish, and your progress saves as you go.

Use the same email you used for the app. Keeps everything nice and straightforward.

Been here before? Log in and carry on

Welcome to Zenith Fit

Hey there, welcome to the programme

We’re going to get your first jobs set, get your goal down, and show you exactly what happens next. At the end you’ll drop me a message, then sit back and let me build your programme.

First up, have a watch of this
Welcome to Zenith Fit
A quick hello from me and what the next 48 hours look like.
Got the app and done your forms?

This is the Everfit app, where you filled in your welcome form and PAR Q. That’s what I build your programme from.

Already done them? Tick both boxes below and carry on.

Not yet? Tap the button to go back into the app. It takes 5 minutes, then come straight back here. Your progress is saved.

Starting today

Your 3 jobs from today

Your programme’s on its way. But we’re not waiting around for it. From today, these are your 3 jobs. Every day.

Tick each one to say you’re on it
How to log it

Every meal goes into your food journal as a photo. That’s how I see what you’re eating, and how I help you tweak it.

Don’t worry about what’s on the plate yet. Eat how you normally would.

1Open the app and go to your Dashboard
2Scroll down until you see your Food Journal
3Tap into it and add a new entry
4Take a photo of your meal and upload it
📸

Photo before you eat. Snacks and drinks too. It doesn’t need to look like it’s going on Instagram, I just need to see it.

Do one now

Pick one of these and do it in the next 10 minutes. Not later. Now.

Doesn’t matter which one. What matters is you’ve done something before your programme’s even landed.

Boom. Day 1 started.
The big one

Set your goal

Now, the big one. Before I build anything, I want to know what you actually want out of this. Not just the number on the scale. The real reason you signed up. Be honest. Nobody sees this but me.

Done
Brilliant, that’s your goal set.
What happens next

Brilliant, that’s your goal set

I’ll be reading it while I build your programme.

Over the next 48 hours

What I’m building for you

  1. Your programmeIn the app, built around you and your equipment
  2. Your nutrition strategyHow we’re going to approach your food
  3. A personal video from meWalking you through all of it
  4. Your welcome packEverything in one place
Keep an eye on the door
I’m sending you a welcome gift in the post.
It’ll be with you in the next 48 hours.

Check ins are every Friday

Your first proper one is the Friday after your programme starts, and I’ll show you exactly how it works.

Want to train before it lands?

There are follow along sessions in the workout section of the app called Pre programme workouts. Totally optional.

Get comfortable with the app

Have a watch of these while you wait. Start with the first 3, they’re the ones you’ll use every single day. You don’t need to watch them all right now. Tick them off as you go.

Your promise

Last bit

You’ve signed up for coaching. Now I want you to commit to it. Read this. If you mean it, sign it.

The promise
I, your name, am all in.
  1. I’m doing this for me. My health, my fitness, my confidence.
  2. I’ll do the work, even on the days I don’t fancy it.
  3. I’ll be honest in my check ins, even when the week’s gone sideways.
  4. I’ll follow the plan and trust the process.
  5. And when it gets hard, I won’t go quiet. I’ll message Mark.

You’re in

That’s it, mate. You’re in.

Keep hold of this. When it gets tough, and at some point it will, this is what we come back to.

2 last things.

1. Message Mark “I’m in”

2. Set a password for Zenith HQ. Your email’s your login, so this is all you need to get back in.

3. Enter Zenith HQ

Your goal’s already in there waiting for you. Save HQ to your home screen so it’s one tap away.

Then sit back. Your programme’s on its way.
